The reasons a second order follows the first.
One documented standard
Cleaned, graded and moisture-controlled to the same written spec on every consignment, not batch to batch.
Lot-level traceability
Each lot carries a code back to the named cluster it was grown in. Your QA team can follow it.
Paperwork that clears
Commercial invoice, packing list, COO, COA, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates as your market requires.
One desk, one contact
The person who quotes your order is the person who follows it to the port.
Before you enquire.
Bulk export starts at 1 MT per line item. Private label starts at 1,000 units per SKU. Samples have no minimum — up to 500 g per item, charged at cost.
Against the day's mill rate, your quantity, your packing and your destination. That is why nothing is listed publicly. Send the requirement and a proforma invoice usually comes back the same working day.
First order is typically 30% advance against proforma with the balance against a scan of the Bill of Lading. Letter of credit at sight is accepted. Terms open up once a trading history exists.
Commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis and Bill of Lading as standard. Phytosanitary, fumigation and health certificates are provided where the destination market requires them.
