What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the type of supply you require.

Bulk Export: One 20 ft container (approximately 25–27 MT)

Mixed Container: Multiple products can be consolidated into one container, subject to product compatibility.

Private Label: Minimum quantities vary depending on the product, packaging and artwork requirements.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide product samples to help you evaluate quality before confirming your order.

Samples up to 2 kg per product are available (subject to availability).

Product samples are generally provided complimentary.

Courier or freight charges are payable by the buyer.

Sample dispatch usually takes 3–5 working days after confirmation.
Can I mix multiple products in one container?
Yes. Mixed containers are available and are one of the most common options for importers purchasing multiple products. Our team will help optimise loading while maintaining product compatibility and export quality.

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Manufacturing and Best Before dates are printed on every package.
Are your products organic?
Our products are sourced from carefully selected growers and suppliers based on quality and consistency.
Unless specifically stated on the product specification, our products should not be considered certified organic.
If you require certified organic products, please contact us to discuss your sourcing requirements.

We maintain batch records for every shipment.

Who is responsible for customs clearance?
For FOB, CFR and CIF shipments, customs clearance in the destination country is handled by the importer or their appointed customs broker.
Where DDP terms are agreed, customs responsibilities are managed according to the agreed contract.
Every shipment is supplied with the export documentation required for customs clearance.
